President Trump signed P.L. 119-21 ¹, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, into law at a Fourth of July ceremony on the White House South Lawn. For practitioners, the signature ended a year of speculation but began a different kind of work: the 90-day sprint to understand, communicate, and implement a tax law that ran 887 pages of statutory text affecting virtually every provision of the Internal Revenue Code. For our practice, July through September 2025 was a continuous client-outreach campaign, paired with parallel team-internal study, working-group formation, and process redesign for 2025 tax season.
