Do you serve Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and Indian Land in South Carolina?
Yes. The Charlotte HQ is roughly 20 miles from Rock Hill and Fort Mill, and many of our clients live in those communities. We file in both North and South Carolina and handle multi-state returns frequently.
Can you handle the Pass-Through Entity Tax election in NC and SC?
Yes. Both states offer PTE elections, and we evaluate whether each is beneficial for our pass-through clients annually. The math differs by state, and the post-OBBBA $40,000 SALT cap changes the calculation. We model it both ways before filing.
