Do you have a Raleigh office?
We do not currently have a physical office in Raleigh, but we serve the Triangle from our Winston-Salem office and remotely. Most of our Triangle clients meet with us by video and exchange documents through our secure portal. If you prefer an in-person meeting, our Winston-Salem office is about 90 minutes west on I-40.
Can you handle Research Triangle Park clients with equity compensation?
Yes. We routinely work with RTP technology and life-sciences employees on RSU vesting strategies, ISO and NQ option exercises, AMT planning, ESPP coordination, and post-IPO liquidity events. The work is the same whether you visit our office or meet by video.
Will you take on a startup at the Research Triangle Park?
Yes — we have a dedicated practice for pre-revenue and early-stage technology companies.
